Any fees are deducted from the proceeds of the auction, and you’ll receive a fully itemised statement with your final settlement paid directly into your bank account by electronic transfer. We usually need two to three weeks’ notice, although we may be able to handle urgent clearances depending on availability. Please note we cover properties within a 20 to 30 mile radius of Runcorn.
